Debris

The 30,000+ dead objects we're still watching.

The 30,000 we watch

Not everything in orbit is doing a job. Thirty thousand tracked objects are dead — old stages, exploded tanks, fragments of fragments. We track them all, because they all can kill.

The debris census

tracked 30,000+ objects, 10cm and up
lethal millions more, too small to see
hotspots leo, 800-1000 km
trend growing, despite mitigation

Why it matters

At orbital speed, a fleck of paint hits like a rifle round. Tracking debris isn't an academic exercise — it's the only thing keeping the map from becoming a minefield.
